The Charles Schwab website needed a fresh look. My team decided to explore that process through customer personas. I took on our Gen Z customer, and worked to build out her customer journey. I wrote the narrative track, as well as her sample assets—including a social post, a mobile landing page, an assessment tool, a customizable account page, a desktop landing page, and her “Year in Review.” See how Simone goes from curious about investing to a loyal customer.
